I’ve spent much of my career building restaurant and food brands from the inside out.
 
I’ve worked across the things that actually make a business grow — from the initial idea through to identity, space, product and customer experience, and all the practical decisions that make it work.
 
That experience shapes how I lead today. I help businesses and brands grow with clarity and a strong point of view, without losing what made them special in the first place. I bring a design-led sensibility to growth, shaping brands that feel distinctive, remain cohesive and still work in the real world as they scale.
